What we collect
Account details you provide at signup (name, email, gender for muscle body maps), workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, RIR, weights in kg), and optional profile fields used for coaching context.
How we use it
Your logs power per-muscle stimulus, recovery, and growth scores inside the product. If you enable AI coaching, relevant summaries may be sent to the configured model provider to generate daily insight. We do not sell your training data.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our application database and protected by standard access controls. You can request account deletion by contacting support.
