Service
RepIQ provides muscle-level training tracking, scoring, and coaching based on data you log. Scores and recommendations are informational tools, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your training or nutrition.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you enter. You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use RepIQ in ways that violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Third-party data
Exercise names, instructions, and animation previews are provided by ExerciseDB (AscendAPI). Media is streamed from ExerciseDB's CDN; RepIQ does not host or redistribute exercise GIFs. RepIQ is currently free to use; review ExerciseDB's license terms if that changes.
Changes
We may update these terms or the product over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
